Workaholic. Disappointment. Only heng thing. Surprise.

Why this title? Was in Singapore General Hospital this evening. Those who did visit a patient in the hospitals ever since they start the gantry stuffs will know. Last time hospitals use to be super dumb and use the stickers thing to keep track how many visitors to a patient. I think they realise that a lot of people's so much smarter to pass stickers around and therefore now they used the gantry method. You have to register your details with the counter or do a self-registration using your NRIC. With this, they can actually keep track of the visitors and that it does not exceed the limit. It's like they only allow 4 visitors to 1 patient each time. So what do they do if it exceeds? They will show the names of the 4 visitors up there and put you on a waiting list. So they send a text to the first visitor who went in and ask them to come down to allow access to you. Okay, I know you must be wondering what has this to do with workaholics right? Hang on. So if you're like the 6th visitor, this makes you the 2nd visitor on the waiting list right? So if 1 of the visitors from first to the fourth comes down, the gantry will actually deny your access and shows quota limit exceed. Wtf! There's only 3 visitors up there now, why I'm I denied right? It's totally because of the bug in the program that's programmed in the gantry. What are the programmers doing? Getting salary and doing nothing to clear off this bug! You waste people's time. So if the first person on the waiting list decides to roam somewhere far before coming back and not knowing there's this freaking bug(which I believe a lot doesn't) how will the this means everyone cannot enter? Can you wake up your idea! Whoever you are, get your ass moving in doing this crap bug if not I will bug you with a feedback form!

Today, ain't any great day. I'm sooooooooooooo disappointed. With? Myself. For allowing the repetitive mistakes over and over and over. I feel so much like a big fucking fool. Wtf. Why do I even bother to listen? Why do I even bother to write those letters? Why do I even... Too much. Such a disappointment Elaine. 

The only heng thing happened to me today was getting back my markers and pens. Y'know I'm like the smallest memory space holder in the entire earth that I actually forgot to take my markers and pens back when @kioriazen just returned me in KFC. After a KFC meal, I forgotten those things and left it there, feeling so ownerless. Wtf. The best thing is I only realise it when I was about to leave house to hospital. But I was just wondering and didn't get my feet on finding it. Guess what? Straight after I forgot about it AGAIN! Then till @Cathe_rineee text me to ask me to bring those markers and pens tomorrow I was like oh ya! Hahaha! Wtf. Thank god when I'm going home with Mama Eng and somehow she reminded me of it then we went to KFC for it. Yay! Goodness gracious, it's back! :D

Then my plan for being the last champ in wishing my dearest girl. I've always been the first in wishing her EVERY SINGLE YEAR. Till I finally got bored and tried to surprise her. But she's like, I expected you to text me before the minute! Wtf. Hahaha. We just got telepathy okay! Anyway, my package every year, text and phone calls. Except that I didn't sing birthday song today. Because I got lost somewhere when I realise that time was over! Wtf. Hahaha. But this cute girl tells me that call registry was 11.59pm. Yay! :D Happy 20th Birthay! :*

6th October 2012 

Celebrating Ahma Eng's birthday! I love you super much! Got so busy that day because I have to collect so many things at one go. Thank god Aloy's around to help me drive over to Lakeside at like 2 am in the morning to collect those color films for Wanli's 21st on Sunday. Woohoo! Then I had to go over to Causeway Point to do his guestbook before going to cake shop to buy a cake for Ahma Eng! I don't have the no design guestbook so I shall show the designed book later! Hang on. :D Then headed to Ahma Eng's house and the lil devil is there! Okay. Super expected because he can't be at anywhere else. Hahaha. Super lovable. BUT such a monster!

Happy 21st advance Birthday to WanLi! Now I can call you Sir! This person got into OCS when he only expected SCS. Well, wish him all the best though! He got his celebrations way earlier, I had to help him with buying the decorations for the venue. *stress* What's more decorating his guestbook! You know it's so hard  to squeeze out creative ideas from my pea-sized brain? Wtf. I feel so insane that few days thinking of what ideas I can generate, so decided to pop by popular to find some 灵感. Wtf. Hahaha. So I took a pack of colorful papers and was like maybe I can use this! Hahaha. Thus,

Tadah! I got all the colorful papers bind together and did this book! Ideas from @weixiong. He learnt this online from some gift wrapping or something. Wanli generate those yellow words and I created the rest! Woohoo! Polaroids taken right on the day to paste on it! Hiak. Happy Birthday! As I've said before, it's always such events that cause a great gathering for everyone. Because must give face to the birthday boy right. So must go right? Haha! Super fun to see some whom I've not seen for sometime.

9th October 2012 
Cried early in the morning because Ahma Tay's admitted to SGH! Before I went out for work, Papa Eng just came back from hospital, so I asked him how was she. So he told me that he went or dialysis. I immediately went blank. So he's like explaining to me that I shouldn't be having the thought of not letting her undergo the dialysis. But I was so dumbfounded because I was crying. So I just *bom* and went out. After work, I rushed to the hospital to visit her. Got so relieve after visiting her. Knowing she's much better. Papa Eng came before I left, so he sent me to mrt. We had some chat and he asked me why I was so against Ahma Tay going the dialysis. I told him, it's because previously Ahma Tay got admitted to hospital (I'm not mentioning the hospital). Then there's this doctor who came about and talked to Ahma Tay when she's alone. She's like asking her (more of threaten) to go for dialysis. Wtf! But the doctors are the one who said that if Ahma Tay can urinate on her, she DO NOT need any dialysis session. Because if she can urinate, there will be lesser water retention as she's releasing water by urinating. So what the hell are you trying to say when you actually said this to her! So I was super angry and upset with this, because of the words of this doctor Ahma Tay actually cried! You know how torturing it will be going dialysis. Furthermore, previously when she's admitted to hospital she's so freaking weak and you're asking her to undergo such a strong treatment. Don't talk about her weak condition cannot take dialysis. Base on those young ones who have to go through dialysis, they are suffering to! So what do you think about Ahma Tay! So I thought this time round, the doctors send her for dialysis when she's not needed to go through. It's like torturing Ahma Tay for no freaking reasonable reason! Of course I will disagree, disallow such freaking act. But after knowing that it's because she needed so, I'm totally appreciative of the doctor's decision. But I'm super not thankful for you scaring Ahma Tay that if she don't go through the dialysis she will not live longer than 3 weeks! WTF! Where is the basic knowledge of you doctors? I know she's having such critical conditions but scaring her doesn't mean any good. You might mean no harm and wish that she will just go through dialysis leh! Please have more brains! My pea-sized brain can even think more than you! -.- So Papa Eng's super understanding of me and just orh all the way! Hahaha. *Anyway, Ahma Tay's discharge on Friday*

10th October 2012 
Meetup with dearest EvilTwin @Cathe_rineee for dinner and a mini shopping therapy. Went over to Sembawang Shopping Centre as a lot of people told me that the Cotton On there having some warehouse sales like. So I decided to pop by and have a look, at the same time we're too sian over the food in Causeway Point. We're like Ajisen? No! I just ate! Yoshinoya? No fastfood! Pastamania? No pasta please. Crap! I know Causeway Point just got revamped and still undergoing. But hey, try eating there for like 3-4 times per week. I think you will rather travel further! Hahaha. So a great catch up with her and got some new clothes for work! *blow kisses* One of the ones I can't live without! I can never imagine how to live with my problems if you're not around! :D

Late night chats with @missyning. Super random and impromptu meeting. Was deciding what to have dinner alone when I realise there's pasar malam at admiralty. So tried my luck to contact her. Thus meeting up and catching up session over at Admiralty! So awesome. Talked about so many things and thanks for the advice given! Really appreciated. Maybe I should touch on some of the topics we discussed! Soon~

When will mine come?

Been going through lots of things this week, I should say. Be it in real life or in a show, it all counts as one. To be honest, all this emotions and thoughts only came right after watching Hippocratic Crush. You guys should catch it too. It's a show from TVB, hongkong drama. Talking about a group of doctors, experiencing different things when they are at different levels. Houseman, basic trainee, higher trainee, specialist or authorities. They might be doctors, but they ain't god nor Superman, they are like any other human beings like us.

Through this show, I realise the importance of family, friends and loved ones. Sometimes you could actually help so much in someone's life while making little significant to you. Never know, a little help from you now, will enable a great appreciation from the ones you helped. Learning about how everything works, I think this time round I can finally get to say, I'm gonna let go. I've given enough chances, excuses and what's not, to either you or me. I think it's really enough. Everything should go and flow naturally like a river. I've never tried crying a good 3 hours plus for a few episodes of show, I don't even experience such hardcore crying when breakups. Hahaha.

What is a wedding vow if it's read but not intended to be honored? What's wedding vow to you guys? Ever thought deeply about the few sentences that you will be reading or have read? If no, you had better consider giving it a thought. Sometimes, it's easy to love each other when both are young, good-looking and healthy. But when the two grow old and wrinkly and plagued by illnesses or visited by death. Shouldn't they still love each other? *I'm gonna be truthful to my future boyfriends about illness IF ever there's anymore chance* There's no certainty as to how long one can grow. That's why the vow doesn't guarantee growing old together, but that we'll love each other in sickness and in health.

Let's say, if you first know about having a chronic illness. Do you think it's cruel to let your loved ones know or is it more cruel if you keep them in the dark? Getting your loved ones know about it, you actually break a bad news to them, but they would be able to cherish the last moments with you and that they wouldn't regret not being able to do something important with you till the very end. Or maybe getting all your burdens and stress to them makes one keep things mum. What will you do?

To my dearest buddy, who has just lost a loved ones.

Life will be tough, but think about it, you're never gonna be alone. Your remaining loved ones are still there, waiting for you to take good care of them for the one who left. The lost, ain't a lost. Physically, yes, he's no longer there, but I do believe he's still around watching over you guys. Taking up the responsibility of the whole family at this age, ain't something great. The amount of pressure is so huge as compared to any normal person. However, do let us know whenever you're feeling all tied up and we will come by for help. Stop the formalities, as that's the very least we can do. Take care and eat well.

Supposed to be working, but it got cancelled! Last minute, so screwed right! Damn. But well, at least I get enough rest before playing my hearts out at night!

Ended my Saturday night or Sunday morning watching movie, the possession with le volleyballers. So freaking scary! Mind-blown type of show, those that will haunt you and traumatize you, I swear! This is the first movie that I will walk out of the theatre feeling my limbs all so jelly-like! Wtf. The dibbuk box, it sounds like daebak box! But it's totally NOT DAEBAK (which means like AWESOME) AT ALL! Okay. End of story. Consider watching ONLY AFTER you have watched the trailer PLEASE! :/

Sunday~ 

Sakae Sushi with Alison, AnnChee and BengTiat. Why only four of us? Because the others either got work, got school, stay malaysia or go malaysia. That's left with us four. Initially wanted to have their four person dine in and the fourth gets free. BUT got scam big time. We're told that it's only VALID for MONDAY-THURSDAY ONLY when we reached(okay, they reached I was late, FML)! Wtf! But nonetheless, we still had it. Not like the other time when I visited with my Cool and Awesome Kidz girls, we just walk out of the restaurant after realising the change of the menu and PRICE! Wtf. Hahaha. So ya, we had fun! Still a bit of awkward though~

 Before parting with them, we saw Girlfriend filming at Cineleisure. Then BengTiat insists of me taking photos of them using MY CAMERA! But when I pass him he don't want to use. Keep asking me to take, so Alison took it for him!

After which, they went off for movie, Thief (I also want to watch!) whereas I go off for an awkward wedding dinner. Okay, why awkward? First of all, I attended the wedding alone! Papa Eng went off for HIS friend's wedding dinner. Mama Eng working. Brother Eng last minute go Malaysia. Wtf! Second, my relatives ALL LATE or didn't go! Third, I was so freaking early! I got there and they are still having those cocktail time! Wtf. No one to socialize please. Then thankfully, I saw some of the laoyis and they talked to me! They was like you don't call me I also cannot recognize you leh! Hahaha! I changed a lot meh?

She's damn adorable. When I was walking to the toilet, I pass by her table, she pulled me and said she wants to take picture with me! So tadaaaaaa~ 

Then she said something like I'm super lovable or dotable? Like she dotes on me a lot. :D

Overall, the wedding dinner's not that bad because I've got cousin to accompany me. Getting food for me too! Thanksy cousin! :D That ended my day well!

Alison's 20th pre-pre-advance birthday celebration today with interns!

So we had a mini surprise but not a real surprise for her. Because she already somehow sense the weirdness of our behaviours these few weeks. But she cried, she's super touched by the celebration though! Happy 20th Birthday Babe! Hope you enjoy the interns gathering, celebration and presents! :D

Mid September

Mid September arrived! Oh man. This shows how long I've not been updating. Sorry readers for the disappointment! But I'm here to update!

Let me update a little what happen around this 2 weeks. It's been 2 weeks since my intern started. It's been a really boring 2 weeks. Starting the week when I've got absolutely nothing to do and just reading of slides makes me wanna go haywire. No joke at all. When those notes are in industry terms and you know nuts about it. What's more they use a lot of SHORT FORMS, without even like saying what does it mean in the first place! Manzxc. So dreadful.

So... For my weekdays, it's all about stoning in office and DO NOTHING. Saturday, manage to go out for a while to Only Aesthetics(OA). Whoop whoop. Thought I was going to be late, but ended up I reached there earlier than my appointment time. But then I don't have to wait. Woohoo! If you guys followed my twitter, you guys will have known my actually packed schedule on 8th September. But thank god, I turned down one and the other two got postponed. So I can have the time to go home after OA to have some nua time before heading out again.

Where did I head to next?

Yayness! Wonder world. 

But was quite disappointed with the whole concert. Wonder girls' fans in Singapore don't even bother doing fan chant, plus their fans don't even shout encore at the end of the concert. I think Wonder girls got super paiseh that they have to come out on their own. You can only hear screams louder when they actually give hint that they are coming out. Gosh. Not wild enough. But still, free tickets. Good experience. Thanks Kin Peng!

Ended the day by having Carl's Jr with Brother Eng, Kin Peng and Jasmine! Got all sorts of nonsense talk all because of Kin Peng. Hehe.

Sunday's supposingly my rest day. Got all the intention in the world to stay at home just before my intern starts again tomorrow. But... Got dragged out to Chinatown with Papa Eng. So I gotta just go out and ya. Waste my rest day. Meh.

Then, weekdays again. Three days of orientation! Meet up with Liner daily to go company together. Woohoo! As usual, boring orientation. I feel that it's only the first day of orientation that actually concerns us as IA students. As we had our orientation with all the new hires, we had all sorts of talks that is not to our concern! Like those benefits they have when they join this company. NONE OF THEM ARE OF CONCERN TO US! Oh man. So we played games! Hahaha. But great that for the three days, all IA student got together and had some bonding session! :D On Friday, finally got something to do and yes! Time passes super fast, plus looking forward to the date with VDP after work! But no thanks to the meeting that I had to attend, got postpone again and again. It didn't even end when I left office. Supervisor said she will let me know what is everything about for the next meeting once I'm back. Woohoo!

Saturday night with volleyballers watching Ted and dinner at Texas Chicken. So great and glad to be able to meet them since I haven't been seeing some of them for a very long time. Ted, I wouldn't recommend that movie. The ending was a bit of no where, but they end it with lots of funny jokes. I still wanna watch Imperfect and The thieves. Manzxc.

So tomorrow's back to office day. But at least there's something to look forward to after work. Woohoo!

What's going on for the past few days? Okay. Realise that I've actually missed out blogging time for like half a month. *gurps* Not gonna back track so much because during the week of me preparing for exams will be just books and more books, going back to school for exam and tadah! EXAM'S OVER! Hooray.
Was supposed to be extremely happy on my last day of paper in NP(hopefully), but the paper was a DISASTER. Couldn't help much but to leave the exam room cursing and swearing! @#$%^&*! The paper's so extremely difficult that all those pros think they can barely pass the paper too! What's more me! Totally dejected and then the thought of internship briefing after paper ends. Even worse! Fail paper still go for what INTERNSHIP! Right? So mega complain when we reach the briefing room. So much that our module lecturer don't even dare to come. She's afraid that all 48 students will look for her! Wtf. Hahaha.

Even though was super demoralizing to have that kind of paper on my last paper in NP, I went out for dinner! Porn's for the night and that's how my blog entry @ SimpleSatisfactory came about!
Then here comes this week. My only week of holiday before my internship starts! Super packed schedule for this week.

2 days of work, Tuesday and Thursday. For CHIJ Kellock P4 and P1 kids. The thing about all girls school, the kids were super dilly dally and throwing tantrum at basically anything and everything. Kids still being kids, but they are super adorable, what's more rich kid! Some of them stays at Duxton Hill. Wtf! Imagine it. Teacher Elaine, Jiejie Elaine, Ms Elaine. So cute! Miss them already!

Rest of the day till now were all play time. Caught Greedy Ghost on Wednesday and I don't find it lame anyway. I think there's lots of comments on the show being super lame. I think they brought out facts about the Ghost Festival. #okayend Don't wanna touch on that.

Went to visit my super cutie boy today. Last Friday without knowing what happen, he somewhat sprained his ankle or leg. So I finally got time to visit him. He's actually limping while walking but he can still run leh. So I hope everything's alright. He's visiting a doctor next week and hope everything's fine!

National Day

Happy 47th Birthday, Singapore! Had a sumptuous lunch over at Imperial Treasure Super Peking Duck @ Paragon.

A dish you will see in every DimSum menu. The meat was tender soft and the marinating was good! 

Yes! Crab in town! Had their Chilli Crab for the second time. The amount of meat in this crab really over-flowing!

Super muscle crab I believe. Chilli was just in favor and not covering the freshness of the crab. 赞！

馒头！ 

The one dish that we will keep orderings going! It's super sweet, even though they did not serve condensed milk with. You do not have to go with the Chilli Crab's sauce at all. One person can easily gobble 3-4 of it! Imagine how nice it was! :D

Thanks for the treat and the fun during the lunch. Had all sorts of jokes going and livening the whole room. Yes! We've got a room because we're the VIP! Hahaha. :D 

What's after lunch? Shopping over at Cineleisure then to H&M. Nothing caught my eye and soooooo, empty handed! OJN and Balls got theirs though. Shopping's time over! It's time for some fireworks!

THEM! Tadah! Those Navy, Amry, Police who were involved in NDP had to match all the way back to Esplanade area before they can really call it a day. Thanks to them, we could actually catch a little of what we missed out just now when we were preparing for fireworks shooting.

Something random but I have to share. 

Okay, I'm showing this picture from Stomp is because my dearest girl got some misunderstanding here. 

Can you guys see the guy on the right? He's wearing the Navy No.4 uniform.

Story goes like... 

(When Navy people wearing that uniform passes by)

Erina: Is this the Army's new uniform? *Super loudly*

Me: *trying to cover her mouth but laughing at her* No la! Shhhh! Don't anyhow say this is Navy! Lol.

Then I was thinking whether those Navy guys heard her or not because they were damn close to us! 

Ultra paiseh. But, pardon her! Because her bro's from Police! Hahaha.

So after those guys passed by, they finally opened the barricade and let us through to MBS. The first view I've got when I stepped in.

WOW! Fantastic baby! Hahaha. Couldn't take the crowd and we decided, if we were to have dinner there or anywhere near there we might not even have our dinner when it's past 10. Sooooo, we decided to head back to Khatib to have dinner! Yayness to no crowd dinner place.

Then we camwhore in the train, because, surprisingly empty train from Marina Bay to Khatib! Whoop whoop! 

Met with @YOUHUI07 too. Ate my sec-sch-fav-food. Super amazed by the Aunty's memory! She still remembers me! That ended my National Day!

The very next day. Ah gong's 3 years. Gotta wake up super early but I'm able to see my dearest boy.

My boy got so whinish when he's got super thick clothes on him on a super hot weather. Look at his happy face with only a pampers on!

Getting so egg-cited when he sees my camera. True blue model! Hahaha

When curiosity gets into him, he explores.

Then he starts to cry and got brought home! Bye baby boy!

Next up, where did I go? To Bugis for a shop to prepare myself for VDP's 21st b'day party tomorrow! 

Was pretty egg-cited for the party yet not. So shop for everything and anything there and I'm ready! 

VDP's 21st Party begins.

The catering of buffet is always the easiest for 21st Party. 

Let me enlighten you guys, for those who have yet to cross 21st and going to. 

• It's sooooo much a hassle free when you need not have BBQ to entertain your guest
• Everyone's wearing so prettily to your party you expect them to BBQ? NO!
• You can just entertain your guest after they take the food. 
• You can wear prettily/smartly for your most important day without having the thought of running about getting this and that. 
• Buffet will be all set up well and nicely decorated for you 
• BBQ not only you have to prepare food for BBQ you have to prepare instant finger food. 
• What's not when the finger food runs out fast because everyone's lazy to BBQ
• You're surely not asking your guest to BBQ for you?
• Asking for a BBQ worker on your 21st? Yes! Pay extra $10-15/hr 

Soooooo, in conclusion, I still find buffet = the best choice! :D

Hey VDP, it's really great to have known you such a great precious one. Being there whenever I need you. We can talk about anything and everything when given the time. Though we hardly spend time together, but we know how much we wanted to update each other when we have the chance to meet. Really wanna thank you for being such a great VDP and celebrating Valentine's with me this year! Hoping you would ditch me on 2013's Valentine's for another one and I won't get mad! *inserts heart shape*

Stressful feeling

Then I spent the week doing nothing at Ahma house and waking up every night 3 times on average just to bring Ahma to toilet. Couldn't take the stress. But felt so guilty. I really cannot stay this way. I couldn't concentrate on studying for exams during the day and couldn't get any good night sleep during the night. Totally collapsed and Mama Eng decides to bring me home. She's feeling super heart ache when she realises that Ahma Tay's just trying to 撒娇 when people's over there to take care of her. But that's not the way to torture people. To be honest, when she recovers, I will be the one ill. Totally worried for my exams. Now that I'm back home I don't even have the mood for exam! Love hate relationship I get when papers are on the last few days of exam period. Manzxc. Dread! 

Changes to the future

Actually thought of making some changes to my future. Yes, I've actually had it planned out. Really glad that my company's so good. Grumble no more. Location's so near to my place that I don't have to worry about any jams. Pay's good for a intern(I shall not reveal). So many classmates in that company, though different department, but at least I need not worry about lunch partners! Knowing about the project I will be doing beforehand. NPIS ain't someone I'm super familiar with but at least I trust that he's good! The super magician! Then I think the one who interviewed me will be my company supervisor. Which will be super awesome! The fact that she portrayed a super friendly and easygoing side of her during the interview makes me wanna work with her! Okay. Everything shall not be a fullstop lest there's anything to grumble about during my intern. But for now, I'm really thankful for god's plan for me! Thankzy! :D As for the changes, I shall not disclose till I find more informations to share! By the way, intern might be of help to my future! :D
